Open Playroom Ticket

Parents must always supervise their child to ensure safety. In the play space, shoes are not permitted, and it is mandatory for both children and adults to wear socks. When in the café area, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All food should be consumed within the café only, and no outside food is allowed unless you are renting the party room. The play space is specifically designed for children aged 0-6 years, although all ages are welcome.

We do not issue refunds. When you reserve for open plays, events, or parties, we deny other families the opportunity based on your reservation. This is done on a "first pay, first reserve" basis, which is why we adhere to a no refund policy.
